Am I eligible for compensation?
If you’ve moved your pension into a Forthplus SIPP there are a number of ways you could be eligible for compensation. We can help if:

Forthplus were a SIPP provider based in Scotland, they offered a Self-Invested Personal Pension scheme to around 2,500 clients. On October 19th, Forthplus Pensions were placed into administration, with many clients in the process of bringing complaints against them for their lack of due diligence.
Who are Forthplus Pensions?
Forthplus Pensions is a SIPP operator that has been authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since 2012. While the company is in administration, it continues to operate and be regulated by the FCA.
